Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Liqom platform by Moroccan self‑employed workers and SMEs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Purpose and use of the service

Liqom is a professional tool dedicated to business use. You agree to use the platform only for lawful activities related to the management of your business and in compliance with applicable Moroccan regulations, particularly tax and accounting. You remain solely responsible for the information and documents you enter into the service.

Account creation and security

You must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out from your account. You agree to notify Liqom immediately in the event of suspected unauthorized use.

Plans, fees and billing

Some features of Liqom may be chargeable according to the plan chosen. The applicable prices and billing terms are presented on the site or during subscription. Fees are expressed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and may be revised in accordance with the conditions described in the offer.

Liability and limitations

Liqom provides a SaaS platform "as is" and undertakes to use reasonable means to ensure its availability and proper functioning. To the extent permitted by law, Liqom cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of turnover, or consequences linked to errors or incomplete information entered by the user.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect the evolution of the service, legal changes, or new features. In the event of a significant change, users will be informed by appropriate means. Continued use of the platform after the entry into force of the new Terms constitutes acceptance of them.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable solution as a priority. Failing this, the competent Moroccan courts may be seized, subject to any mandatory rules applicable to the user.
